Dr. Tracy Chappell, OTR/L recognized a growing need for accessible, high-quality therapy services without long waitlists on the North Shore of Oʻahu. In response, she founded Little Tides Occupational Therapy to better serve local keiki and their families—providing compassionate, individualized care so every child has the opportunity to thrive.
